Nigeria’s active COVID-19 cases now 12,154 as NCDC confirms more

The active coronavirus cases in Nigeria has jumped to 12,154 as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC confirmed 453 new cases in 19 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

NCDC made the announcement on Saturday night via a post on it’s verified Facebook page.

According to the data released, the total number of confirmed cases in the country now stands at 46,140 with 942 fatalities while about 33,044 patients are said to have recovered from the virus and have been discharged to reunite with society.
