43 new Coronavirus cases were on Sunday recorded in Benue State.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC made the revelation while giving update on Nigeria’s daily cases on Sunday night.
According to the data released, Lagos recorded the highest daily cases followed by Kano, Ogun, plateau, Oyo and Benue State.
NCDC also said 555 new cases were recorded in 17 states and the FCT bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 40,532.
858 patients have died of the COVID-19 related complications in Nigeria while 17,373 have recovered.
