The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 595 fresh cases of Coronavirus in 18 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Lagos maintains it’s position as the epicentre of the virus in Nigeria with the highest cases followed by Oyo, FCT, Edo and Kaduna.
This development brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 33,153 with 744 mortalities while 13,671 patients have been successfully treated and discharged to reunite with families.
NCDC made this confirmation on Monday night via a post on it’s verified Facebook page.
