The Ogun State Government has confirmed the recovery and discharge of 32 corinavirus patients in the state’s isolation centre.
The government made the confirmation on Friday via a tweet on its official Twitter handle.
According to the tweet, it also recorded 6 fresh cases bringing the total number of confirmed infection in the state to 1,063.
The state has also recorded the total of
693 recovery and 22 fatalities as the active cases jumped to 348.
“As at 9th June 2020, Ogun State recorded 6 new COVID-19 cases, to make up 1 the 1063 confirmed cases so far recorded in the State.
“Discharging 32 cases, being part of the total 693, who had recovered from the virus, health authorities are currently handling a total of 348 active cases.
“This is as the State has sadly recorded a cumulative of 22 related deaths”.
