The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 499 new coronavirus cases across the country.
This development brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 30,748 with 689 fatalities while 12,546 patients have been discharged to reunite with their families.
NCDC made this announcement on Thursday night via a post on its official Facebook page.
