Nigeria’s active COVID-19 cases rise to 14,243 as NCDC confirms more cases

The active cases of coronavirus in Nigeria have risen to 14,243 as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC confirmed 594 new cases in 21 state and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

NCDC confirmed the new development on Thursday night via a post on its verified Facebook page.

According to the post, the total number of confirmed cases in the country now stands at 22,614 with 549 fatalities while 7,822 patients have been sucessfuly treated and discharged to reunite with families.
