The Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA has confirmed 16 more cases of COVID-19.
FCTA made the announcement early hours of Thursday via its official Twitter page.
The tweet read, “Sixteen (16) New Cases in the FCT.
”Summary of COVID-19 at FCT as at 11:55 pm, 29th April 2020.
”Total number of confirmed cases: 174.
”Total number of active cases: 135.
”36 patients have been discharged with 3 deaths recorded.
”Residents are urged to continue to stay home and stay safe.”
Meanwhile, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, on Wednesday confirmed 196 new cases of coronavirus disease in the country bringing the total cases in the country to 1,728.
