Numbers of Masquerades have been arrested in Anambra State over violation of restriction order given by the state government in a bid to curtail spread of the dreaded COVID-19 disease.
The Masquerades who flouted the order were arrested on Monday at Nkwo Uga, in Uga community of Aguata Local Government Area.
Recall that the Anambra State Government had ordered a restriction on movement and closure of markets in the state for 14 days.
The restriction on movement and social gathering order came after the state recorded its confirmed index case.
