Finally, the 3rd Armoured division of the Nigerian Army has on Wednesday recovered the corpse of missing Major General Idris Alkali (Rtd), who was the former Chief of Administration, Army Headquarters.
The decomposed body of the Alkali was said to have been found in an abandoned well at Guchwet village in Shen District of Jos South, Plateau State.
Brig Gen Mohammed, Garrison Commander of the 3rd Armoured Division disclosed this in Jos Wednesday 31 October 2018.
It was revealed that one of the suspects who reported himself, last week, to the police, led the Army to the abandoned well where the remains of the retired Major General was found, exhumed, and later reburied.
