The Inspector-General of Police, IGP, Ibrahim Idris, was on Monday struggled to read his own speech during the commissioning ceremony of the Police Technical Intelligence Unit in Kano State capital.
The viral video of the IGP struggling with his own speech was exclusively released by the Voice of Liberty on Wednesday.
Confirming the authenticity of the video, the Force Public Relations Officer, Moshood Jimoh told Daily Post, “Yes we have seen it, but you can call back later.”
