President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday announced his intention to seek re-election in the 2019 presidential election.
Buhari disclosed this today at the national executive committee (NEC) meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) today and was made public President’s personal assistant on New Media, Bashir Ahmed.
Ahmed made the disclosure via his Twitter handle.
The tweet reads, ”President Muhammadu Buhari has just officially announced his intention to seek re-election in 2019″.
