The Nigerian Army on Friday said it had apprehended a notorious kidnapper, Filani Auta at Ligari village of Kaduna State.
According to a statement signed by the Director Army Public Relations, Brig. Gen. Texas Chukwu, the kidnapper kingpin was arrested along with his two sons during a raid by the troops following a tip off.
“The kidnapper kingpin was arrested along with his two sons during a raid by the troops following a tip off.
“Items recovered include two Dane guns and four mobile phones.
“Suspects will soon be handed over to the police for prosecution.”
